Dental Hygiene

Friendly and gentle cleans at Tooth32.

Our Oral Health Therapist and Dentists are trained to clean and polish your teeth. Regular teeth scaling helps to maintain good gum health to prevent gum diseases such as gingivitis and periodontal disease.

We want to help you look after your teeth and gums. There are no judgements at Tooth32, just professional advice. We want to help you feel confident and empowered when it comes to your dental health.

Gum Disease Prevention

Healthy bone and gums are essential to health teeth, like a strong foundation is to a house.

Through regular check up & cleans, we will monitor your gum health to prevent gum diseases.  In more severe cases we may need to refer our patients to a specialist periodontist to be control the gum disease before ongoing maintenance is carried out at Tooth32.

Gum disease is associated with other bodily diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, some forms of cancer, stroke and pregnancy complications.

Children's Dentistry

Positive life-long dental experiences starts at a young age.

Our pediatric dental services include:

Regular check up & cleans – through routine appointments we are able to teach brushing and flossing. Our main focus is on the prevention of cavities and gum disease as well as the review of your child's dental and jaw development.

Children’s fillings & crowns – we are here to help with the most gentle means possible should a filling be required.  We offer a wide range of tooth coloured fillings and if the restoration required is too large for a conventional filling, stainless steel crowns are also available.

Early intervention - through regular checks, there are instances when early intervention are recommended to prevent a bigger dental issue later on.  These can include orthodontic plates, space maintainers or myofunctional therapy to improve the overall alignment of the child's teeth and/or development of the jaw.

CDBS (Children’s Dental Benefit Scheme) – this applies to eligible families only where bulk billing is carried out for children 0-17 years old. You must be eligible for Medicare and be receiving payments from the government. The front office staff are more than happy to discuss for more information regarding CDBS.
