Matthew Mician grew up in Adelaide, South Australia and obtained his Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Adelaide in 2012, where he received distinctions for his restorative work.

 

Upon graduation, Matthew worked in a modern and large family owned clinic in the south of Adelaide building on his skill set whilst employing the latest in technology and techniques. Upon joining Tooth 32, Matthew also assumed the role of clinical tutor at the University of Adelaide where he was able to impart some of his experience and knowledge to the next generation of dental practitioners.

 

Since joining Tooth 32 in 2015, Matthew has sought to cement his role within the clinical team and local community by providing high level dental care predominantly in the area of paediatric dentistry, periodontal treatment/maintenance and aesthetic restorative dentistry.

 

His passion for biomimetic restorative dentistry has seen him focus much of his postgraduate study in this area and most recently, expanding his professional scope to allow him to provide services to patients of all ages. His calm, gentle and compassionate demeanor is particularly suited to paediatric, special needs and anxious patients.

 

Outside of dentistry, Matthew is the proud father of two children and loves spending time with his family.
